The ceremony took place on the island of San Giorgio Maggiore, where Sánchez wore a long-sleeved, high-neck lace gown with a corseted bodice and mermaid silhouette. The dress featured 180 silk chiffon-covered buttons and was crafted over 900 hours. Sánchez drew inspiration from Sophia Loren’s attire in the 1958 film Houseboat, aiming for a look that was both timeless and reflective of her personal journey.

Sánchez described the gown as a departure from her usual style, stating, “It is a departure from what people expect… but it’s very much me.” Her experience traveling to the edge of space aboard Blue Origin earlier in 2025 influenced her choice, leading her to incorporate a memento from the flight as her “something blue.”

The wedding was part of a multi-day celebration attended by approximately 200 guests, including the Kardashian-Jenner clan, Bill Gates, Queen Rania of Jordan, and Oprah Winfrey. The festivities included performances by Matteo Bocelli and events at Venice’s historic Arsenale, decorated with 80,000 roses. What else would you expect when you are marrying the world’s 4th richest person!
